masuk hari nih dah 5 hari aku mula cabaran langsing untuk diri aku sendiri... target aku nak dapat 65kg time raya tapi kalau dapat turun lagi banyak lagi best hehehe... siap buat jadual makan tuh... dan tetiap hari siap kire baper kalori makan yang masuk dlm perut aku nih.. utk program diet aku kali nih aku limit kan hanya 1200kcal je setiap hari. oh yer of course there are few product yg aku guna dalam masa yg sama tuk tambah tenaga,  ketat2kan apa yang longgar, untuk kulit cantik, untuk buang toksin dalam badan dan of course untuk kurus nih..

 
nak citer sket pasal sejarah berat aku nih...

before kahwin (time anak dara) = 55 kg - 60kg
lepas kahwin = 65kg
mula pregnant danish = 68kg
fullterm danish = 90kg (gara - gara makan mcdonald hampir setiap hari....)
lepas bersalin = 84kg (danish sahaja berat 3.23kg + accesories nyer dekat 3 kg gak...)
lepas setahun..diet macam nak giler telan pil itu ini..minum teh kurus etc..siap sign up kat slimworld abis dekat rm5k kat situ jer..abg tolong sponsor rm2k..turun lah ker 68kg balik... biler dah dpt 68kg tuh by that teringin plak lah nak anak sorang lagi..so pregnant balik... hahaha...

by the time fullterm pregnant kat faris berat aku dah cecah 89kg balik! isk...tak jadi nih..so tekad kalau nih nak pantang bebetul...then nak jaga badan etc...kebetulan plak ingat nak amik diri sendiri jadi testimoni untuk produk sendayu tinggi.. and yes i am a pengedar rasmi sendayu tinggi..

so dalam pantang ..dalam dok jaga makan..everyday menu aku nasi putih, ikan selar goreng kering dan sawi rebus air. tp aku still minum fresh milk dan banyak air since nak elak sembelit , panas, futher more i'm breastfeeding. so i do need lots of water. kalau ikut orang tua2 marah kalau amik air bebeyk time pantang nih..but then secara logik nyer how do you suppose to produce 500ml - 1000ml of milk everyday or your baby when you yourself drinking only half a cup of water a day with all the needs from your body too... sorry to say but i do thinks its a lame excuse if you drink water a lot your body will be fat and your "ehem" will be watery etc.. you need at least 8 glass of water everyday to flush out all the toxin..to keep all the cells in your body active..to keep yourself hydrated..your skin feels good you dont need expensive moisturiser or lotion to keep them moisturise n supple. you just need plain water...

so end of story.. lepas sebulan pantang..my weight gone down to 79kg.. hmmm...faris birthweight is 3.72kg + 3kg of its accesories..so i lose around 5kg in a months..i guess not so bad..but lepas pantang..my weight just kind of stick there...well ok..of course despite what everyone says about breastfeeding does helps you lose weight..unfortunely for me..it just helps me maintaining the 79kg...hehehe well of course my diet wasnt exactly really healthy either.. lepas pantang..of course lah teringin nak makan memacam...hehehe...all the secret recipe cheesecakes..all the pizza..mcD and kfc...

before i was married..during my younger days... dieting has been part of my life for so long ..i have tried every single thing out in the market..tips and tricks etc.. and here is the list of the product i have used before:

this is for your bowel movement:
1. orang kampung tea
2. jamu tea ( mustika ratu)
3. merits pil
4. Lax 9

This is for detox:
5. green Tea leaves (safe for breastfeeding)
6. apple cider vinegar (safe for breastfeeding)
7. Organic-65 fiber drink (safe for breastfeeding)

This for reducing your appetites
7. Sendayu tinggi slimming set
8. Duromine ( prescribe from doctor!!)
9. Xenical (also prescribe from doctor!!)

10. Lasindah cafe/ red guara cafe (safe for breastfeeding)
12. Herbalife (safe for breastfeeding)
13. Latest one: Jus Diet Mate5(safe for breastfeeding)


there are few products listed above do works well with me and few dont..cant reveal it in here. but if you guys really want to know about it please ym me personally. but let me tell you..whatever product you used the truth is its only helps 50% of the losing weight. another 50% definitely comes from your self ..your willpower to control your eating and exercise everyday. i have tried protein diet, low carb diet during slimworld programme, tried eating only biscuits, fruits and tea..and yes this works ..i lose from 62kg to 48kg in just a month...(but this extreme diet can only be done when you get heart broken by your boyfriend!!~ hehehe) and i have become a bulimic myself..yes! i have been there and done that too... purging yourself right after having a meal. i used to addicted to jogging so much that everyday i takes 1 hour of my time jogging round the park...  just to helps myself forget all the frustration and painful heartbroken and it works because when we exercising..our body seems to releasing a hormone called endorphin which helps me to be happy, sort of painkiller for my soul at that time of my life.. and i still believe up till now that exercising do helps me during my sad days with abang eventhough its hard to find time for myself nowadays.

so the last 5 days i have started a diet programme that really suits me well... providing that i dont really have the time to exercise everyday. here is my diet plan. feel free to try it out.

Time

Food

kcal

Breakfast (8-9 am)

Scrambled egg + 2 slices of bread + salad

An apple

A glass of sugar free juice

Or

2 hard boiled egg + 1 slices of bread + 2 pieces of boiled sausage + salad

A glass of plain water

Or

Oats drink + fruit

450kcal – 500kcal

Lunch (12 – 2 pm)

Jus diet mate 5

 

Tea time (4 – 5 pm)

4 slices of dry crackers

Or

A low fat yogurt

Or

A piece of fruit

150kcal

Dinner ( 7 – 8 pm)

A bowl of salad + sausage

Or

Yong tau fu (soup)

Or

½ bowl of plain white rice + fish/chicken + vegetable

Or

Same menu as breakfast

450kcal

Supper ( 10 – 11 pm)

A piece of fruit

Fiber drink

100kcal

in between if i really hungry, i just drank lots of water as to reduce the urge to eating something heavy. well 1 piece of dry cracker or a piece of fruit will do.. but nothing else. 

just to share my tips..which i guess its all wellknown fact:

1. drinks lots of plain water. we should drink at least  half our body weight in ounces eg: my weight is 74kg (162.80 pounds). so 162.80 divides by 2 equals to 81.40 oz of water. hence i should drinks roughly 2.71Liter which is about 10 - 11 glasses of water everyday!!

1kg = 2.2 pounds
1 oz = 30ml
1 cups = 250ml

2. eats lots of fiber, vegetables, and fruits!

3. avoid any oily or fatty food as much as possible -  that's include fast food and mamak stalls guys..

4. roughly calculate kcal every single food that you put in your mouth. and in my diet plan daily intake is only 1000 - 1200kcal.

5. Exercise 3 times a weeks 30 minutes each. eventhough it just walking on a treadmill in front of the tv.

6. takes supplement and vitamins- multivitamins and mineral etc

I have tried it for 5 days now and i lose almost 4kg! now my weight is 74kg from mere 79kg in just 5 days. and i dont feels i am struggling to control my self from eating..just eat the right food...i feel more energetics..i dont feel dizzyness..and my migrain just seems to dissappear.. my skins feel so much smoother and rehydrated..the cellulite on my tight, tummy, arm and buttocks beginning to less visible and i feel light..most important is my baby still get all the nutrition he needs despites of my diet..my milk production is getting better actually..

but yes..all this does comes with cost..financially and willpower...nothing comes free in my case..here is the list of my supplement:

1.Dnhans from dnavechee - 1 sachet with a glass of plain water every early morning. its a collagen extract for my skins and my wellbeings.
2. Dfolia from sendayu tinggi - 2 capsules before breakfast and before dinner. its a kacip fatimah, manjakani herb for my "womanhood" ahaks!!~
3. Jus Diet mate5 - i find it very fulfilling and works to burns fat. i take this drink as subtitute for my lunch.
4. organic-65 from nutrimetics - 1 sachet before going to sleep for my bowel movement next morning to detox and flush out all the toxins.
5. every other day, i drink lasindah cafe or red guara cafe to keep myself more energetic last through out the days. and yes i do need the extra energy without extra calories with 2 boys around.

i guess my secret is out now.. hehehe..i going to continue this until i reach my ideal weight..and that is 60kg hopefully before raya i can try out the old kebaya in my closet again for raya and abang promised me a new wardrobe makeover if i actually able to achieve my 55kg..hahaha...

wah takut eh... cujie ingat nak diet gak. Tapi mak suzi tak bagi sbb breastfeed baby. Dia kata itulah kalau nak beranak kecik... kuang kuang sikit² guna term tu. 
 
tapi cujie skg ni minum air je bebyk... cuma rasa nak ambil balik phytofiber.

cujie.. buat masa nih better cujie jgn start lagi sebab baby still susu sepenuhnya and still kecik lagi.. kalau die dah 4 bulan ke atas baru leh try diet nih... macam yanie ..faris dah start makan..dan dia pon kurang dah nak nyusu sgt...

A'kum.. adventures sungguh cite..tabik spring la ngan usaha keras yanie. akak pun la ni tgh usaha utk kuruskan bdn. Masa anak dara, mkn byk mana berat ttp maintain 55kg (tinggi 167cm).. Masa akak pregnant 9 bln 1st baby baru 68kg tapi pas bersalin naik jd 78 kg sampai la dah anak 2 ni. 
sebut je jenama produk kurus, rasanye semua akak dah try.. Tapi tak gak menjadi. G marie france abs beribu pun tak nampak sgt kesannya. 
Lastnya, pilihan terakhir akak ambik duromine.. alhamdullilah, nampak la perubahan. start ambik akhir bulan julai (berat 75kg) la ni 10 Sept 08 berat dah jd 65kg.. 10 kg hilang. 
Akak dah stop ambik coz bulan posa ni rasanya leh control makan sendiri. My hubby pun kata dah ok, kurus sgt tak cantik.. Pesan akak, wat la apa yang kita rasa terbaik, yg penting apa yang kita lakukan kna niat yang betul.. utk suami tercinta...

sy pernah try duromine tuh.. the side effect is unbearable..so kene stop sebab jadi penyakit lain plak..anxiety disorder...huhuhu.. plus right now i am fully exclusively breastfeeding..so cannot simply taking any slimming product lor... so good luck for you too.... 
of course... nak kurus n cantik nih..memang utk si die tercayunk ler sape lagi...

betul tu.. takut effect kt baby kta lak.. bab pil 2,side effectnye mmg ada.. before try, i cari info ttg pil 2.. mmg mcm2 kemungkinan. i cuma rasa pening n x leh tido tp risau la gak,terus jumpa doktor tempat i ambik pil nie. alhmdulilh, 3-4 ari je cm2 pas2 ok dh. tp klu berlanjutan, better kna stop la,mgkin badan kta x leh nk trima. 
Apapun,klu bab nk kuruskn bdn ni..hnya 1 je..SEMANGAT/AZAM msti kuat. x ksh la byk mana pil,ubat,jamu,senaman,petua kita wat tp MINDA kta x kuat.. x kemana usaha kita nie.. 
So, cmna.. 
tetapkan TARGET kta sbg DORONGAN utk kita terus b'usaha n b'usaha. 
cm i.. t'ingin sgt nak pkai blk kebaya yg hubby belikan msa b2ng dlu. la ni.. msh lum t'capai cz bhgn 'bumper' i still bsr lg..he..he...x muat nk msuk kain.
