Sejak lepas raya.. memang dah lama giler aku stop diet.. last timbang time raya hari tuh kat jusco seremban2, berat aku 68kg. huhuhu best sgt lah..tp lepas tuh memang luper diri jap.. maklum lah dengan all the open house... kenduri sane sini.. memang most of the time i wont be able to fully follow my diet anymore.. feeling sooo damn guilty and depressed i ended up almost purging myself out on every meals... scary kan... rasa nyer aku nih hampir2 kene jumper doktor utk consultation .. tp tuh lah ..biler aku baca blog orang2 lain yg seangkatan ngan aku dalam misi diet nih... most of the memang gain around 3-4kg back on lepas raya...

my post-raya weight is 72.5kg. huhuhuhu...damn it!!~ but considering that i have indulgenced myself in all the good..tasty..yummy.. super delicious food here and there.. i guess that's the price i have to pay. so lately what i have done to make myself feel good again i keep on drinking phytofiber to flush out all the toxins inside me... then lots of green tea to induce my metabolism rate... and 20 minutes of walking on the treadmil every day. an finally today i weigh in 71.9kg in two weeks time. well fair enough since i dont really stop eating rice and all the lauks... i help myself on 2 heavy meals a day... lunch n dinner... and snacking on few tart nenas, almond london, yogurt, ice cream... huhuhuhu...

so today i decided to start all over again... after all my mission is not complete yet.. i still have 10 kg to go...

after 4 boxes of just diet mate5, calories control diet n exercises i managed to shed off 10 kg in 4 months. i guess that's an achievement for me. but i had enough of JDM5. cant seems to make myself drink it anymore, i decided to give herbalife a try again.




so after few "research" - more likely blog hopping... i read lots of testimonies.. read all the successful lose weight people wit herbalife.. i am feel more motivated. these are few blog i found very interesting not to mention inspirational... lots of information... hehehe

1. weight n measure myself: currently 16 november 2008

weight: 71.9kg
measurement : bicep - 12.5
chest - 37
waist - 32
hips - 39.5
thigh - 24

my BMI is 28.09 which remind me this is overweight. my ideal weight would be 48 - 62 kg. so my target would be around 55 - 60 kg.
i am going to weight myself once a fortnightly and measure once a month. so next data is going to be on 16 december 2008.


2. plan my meals and mealtime etc.
my daily calories intake to just maintain my current weight is 2071kcal and thats if i am lightly active (1 -3 days/week). not to include i am still exclusively breastfeeding faris which helps me burns another 300-500kcal a day. to lose weight healthily i have to reduce 500 off ..so my daily calori intake is not more than 1571 kcal.

below i my daily meal plan which i intend to stick everyday including weekend and celebration/kenduri/outing day.. (god..help me..!~)

main rule dietting with Herbalife is to replace 2 meals with Herbalife Shakes and 1 normal regular meal a day. so i can customise it depends on most situation. breakfast , lunch or dinner... so i guess most probably i am going to eat my regular meal at lunch and HL shake for breakfast n dinner. roughly this is my meal plan:

¼ rice + fish/chicken/meat + vegetable

if i follow this meal plan religiously... i only consume about 1440kcal a day. and i still able to munch on few healthy snack if i really feels hungry and still losing weight.

sound easy right? i hope i have all the courage n determination to go through this time again... wish me luck guys...

hi yanie, maria pun tgh try HL ni.. :p kebetulan plak.. tak penah diet b4, pastu tgk berat dah cecah 60+, terpaksa la berdiet nak tak nak pun.. 
skrg ni try baru 2mgu.. br turun 1 kg mcmtu. kdg2 nak give up jugak.. kene ada motivation ni!!

berat akak pun dah bertambah sejak bulan puasa hari tu... 
dah pening kepala dah nie... 
cadangnya nak diet tapi blom lagi.... 
masa makan bukan main seronok tapi masa diet huhhuhu malasnya.....seksa betoi....

to qaseh: hi qaseh nice knowing you too.. memang pon tuhan je lah yang tahu camner susah nyer nak diet nih..nampak cam senang je... yang penting memang kene disiplin dan self motivate! 
 
to shiem: hehehe...biasa lah tuh..nih pon sy balik kg utk kenduri ...jenuh gak lah nak menutup mata dan tahan perut kalau dah mak mertua masak best2 tetiap hari utk makan kan... so ade la sesekali tuh curi2 gak... 
jdm5 ngam dgn badan saya...tapi setelah 4 kotak abis.. tekak nih rasa cam dah tak leh telan dah jdm5 tuh..kali nih nak try herbalife plak... hopefully berjaya lah...

Hi, i Azie ...i pun tgh on diet ..only 1200kcl per dy..but bukan dgn diet drink la..saya makan pagi yong tau foo with sup, tgh ..ikan asam dgn sayur ..nasi 2 sudu jer ..itu pun kadang 2 jer amik..mlm ..telur or any protein base ..after 2 pm ..carbo is no ..no ..i dah managed turun 4 kilo ..dari Nov 15 68.9kg sekarang ..Dec 4, almost 65 kg ...i amik green tea utk boost metabolic...i hope i can achieve 57 kg by this end Jan 09...tak sanggup minum JDM5 lagi ..aku nak kurus macam MARIAH CAREY ...
