Oleh kerana hari raya hari tuh aku totally screwed up diet.. berat aku yang dah cun2 nak turun 68kg dah..naik ke 72kg balik..kejap 72.5kg..kejap2 kang timbang balik 71.5kg..so aku assume aku gain almost 4kg lah since raya hari sampai skrg.. muler lah menggelabah jap sebab target aku by kenduri kahwin adik ipar aku teh.. teringin la sesgt nak berat 60kg kan...tapi skrg nih aku rasa dapat berat 65kg by kenduri pon dah cukup bagus... so what i do at the moment... muler meng "google" kan diri..cara tips and tricks baru yang mungkin aku boleh try utk misi diet aku kali nih...

still dgn meal plan lama dulu.. although memang langsung takleh nampak kuih "tart nenas" ..mesti 2 -3 biji laju je telan masuk dlm perut... sebalang penuh aku leh habis kan sorang within few days only... bahyer sungguh....sampai kene sorok jauh sket balang tart nenas tuh.. so biler tingin nak makan malas nak jalan.. so kureng sket rasa teringin tuh.. 

aku start diet aku balik nih ngan "cleansing and detox".. so 2 - 3 hari nih memang minum phytofiber untuk lunch then sebelum tidow... puas "membuang" ..hahaha...pastu aku muler minum green tea untuk increase metabolism dalam badan aku dan dalam masa yang sama utk singkir toksin dan tingkatkan sistem imun badan aku.. boleh baca sini utk refer pasal green tea nih.

How to lose Weight Very Quickly!

Steps

  1. Try something "different" for breakfast. Your cereal might be low fat, but the milk you have it with isn't! Have something slightly unusual for breakfast, such as a jacket potato. Make sure you have at least two vegetables and/or fruit. Go easy on the butter and cheese, but have a little bit. And a small portion of meat/fish or beans/eggs. This breakfast has to keep you going for at least 4 hours.
  2. Don't snack, full stop. If you get really really hungry, have some celery - raw. The taste won't be totally satisfying and will keep you from wanting to snack more often. Do not think about food between meals, keep youself busy with some Exercise, which brings us on to step 3.
  3. Exercise. Every day for at least an hour, about an hour before your next meal. If you cant jog, power walk, or if you have an exercise machine, use that. Later on you can do a funner activity such as trampolining or even swimming, for about half an hour.
  4. Two and a half meals a day. Cut down your meal time, after breakfast wait a good four hours and then have something quite small for lunch - small, but filling. Later on in the day before 6pm have a meal a similar size to your breakfast meal.
  5. Don't eat five hours before going to bed. You lose the most weight in your sleep. Go to bed hungry, then check the scales the next day!

 

Tips

  • Keep yourself busy so you don't want to eat
  • Save the money you usually spend on all that food
  • Join a gym
  • Drink 5-8 glasses of water a day, this will help you lose weight. No fizzy drinks or alcohol - alcohol is extremely fattening.

 

Warnings

  • Do not do this unless you are actually over weight - and have been told so by a professional. If you are thin this will just weaken your body, making you very suseptible to disease. Also, weakening the body's imune system leads to spots!
  • Do not starve yourself, eat celery if you are really really hungry. If your stomach growls you must definately eat celery or cucumber or an apple or something!
  • Do not do this if you smoke.
  • Do not do this if you are under 16
 
macam tempting giler nak try.. but then.. bear in mind crash diet nih sgt2 bahyer..sebab kemungkinan besar biler kiter stop diet cam ginih.. berat tuh akan naik balik dua kali ganda dari berat asal...hehehehe..so better be careful.. camner leh jadi cam gituh yer.. hehehe semua nyer sebab biler crash diet.. badan kiter akan masuk dalam "starvation mode".. biler badan dlm mode nih.. metabolism rate akan menurun dan lemak semakin lambat dibakar.. memang memula kiter akan turun berat.. most of it just water weight anyway.. tapi biler once kiter stop diet cam gini.. kiter mule makan macam biasa.. kadar metabolism kiter masih lagi rendah .. so sendiri mau ingat lah.. kalau banyak kalori masuk dalam badan tetiba ..dgn metabolism yang rendah.. memang lah berat tuh akan naik 2 kali ganda dari asal nyer.. huh!!~ faham ke dok nih... takperlah.. kesimpulan nyer.. jgn ingat diet boleh simply diet... kene ade ilmu gak.. diet lah secara selamat.. makan dgn betul dan exercise selalu... hehehehe... no short cut!~
